Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

1. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders and COD orders.
2. Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
3. Please inform us in advance if you need any product by a particular date. You can email us the details on order.mgt.kalp@gmail.com and we will update you accordingly.

International Shipping:

1. We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone properly while placing your order.
2. Our international shipping charges are standard INR 1499. International shipping is free on orders above INR 14999.
3. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Please note that we do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end, meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.
4. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
